Battery Replacement Instructions:

Before replacing the battery, ensure:

• The AED is powered off

• The replacement battery is undamaged

Replacement Steps:

1. Place the AED face-down on a clean work surface

2. Remove all screws from the battery compartment cover

3. Lift the battery compartment cover off

4. Slide the old battery to the left and lift it out

5. Align the pins of the new battery and insert it into the compartment until you hear a click

6. Replace the compartment cover and secure with screws

7. Perform a user test to verify proper installation
